Most of Jens’s (Pictured Right) Experience comes from 30 plus years of owning, raising, training, and loving her own Golden Retrievers. She has also fostered many Goldens, transported and placed them in their forever homes. Jen married her high school sweetheart and has 3 children. She is owned by Archie and Meila, her loving golden retrievers. Her hobbies are doing puzzles, camping and playing with her grandbabies.

Jen started 5 years ago working in Doggie Daycare where she learned how to care for many different types of animals. She took courses through Dog Handler Academy gaining skills and confidence in Dog Behavior and Safety. With the Dog Handler Academy Certifications, Jen holds her ARC certificate of Cat and Dog First Aid and is working on her CPACP through PACCC. For the last 6 years she has also been volunteering with a Golden Retriever Rescue where transport training is priority.

Chelsea O'Neil

Chelsea O'Neil

Chelsea (Pictured Left) is a proud pet parent to Pudding (7 year old Chinese Village Dog mix), Pepper (3 year old Chihuahua mix), Meme (13 year old DSH cat), and Kitterbean (DLH cat). Chelsea’s hobbies include fish keeping, painting, DND, and gaming. Her favorite breed of dog is the Silken Windhound and hopes that one day soon they will be an AKC recognised breed.

Chelsea started off as a kennel attendant 6 years ago where she learned how to care for all types of dogs and cats of different ages and with different needs. From there she learned how to bathe dogs and was encouraged to take online courses through Dog Gurus to learn more about dog body languages and the best ways to handle dogs. Since learning about dog body language and animal care Chelsea took a special interest in learning more about canine care and nutrition. This has helped her be successful in giving the best care to dogs over the years. Currently Chelsea holds ARC’s certificate in Cat and Dog First Aid and is working on achieving her CPACP through PACCC.

What if I won’t be home for pick up or drop off? A keyholder agreement will be available to sign that will allow us to have access to a key or keycode to enter your home to retrieve your dog.
What vaccinations do you require? Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to make sure that their pet has all required vaccines that drop off locations require. If records are not up to date and the facility cannot take the dog we will give you a call to let you know we are returning the dog home and will have to charge a round trip if proof of vaccinations cannot be provided.
Can I ride with my pet? We cannot accept passengers due to the accommodations we have made for our VIP’s.
What do I pack for my dog’s ride? We require a leash and a harness that is secure on the dog. If you do not have a harness an add-on equipment fee of $10 will be applied to your dog’s trip and one will be provided. If your dog has supplies they need for outings we ask that their belongings be put in a bag with their first name and last initial.
Will my dog be crated? No, we have booths for each dog with a place to fasten their harness to keep them in their booth.
